Three doll heads with different wigs on white display stands on an oak table

WM doll heads

The head is the part you look at most, and with WM it is also the easiest part to change.

Updated: October 20, 2026 · Official WM Doll site

Every WM doll is a body plus a head, and the head is chosen separately. That is good news: you can pair the face you like with the body that suits your space and budget, and you can add a second face later without buying a second doll. A spare WM silicone head lists at $650, less than a quarter of a full-size body.

This page explains how WM numbers its heads, the difference between TPE and silicone heads, the options that change a head, and how to swap one safely.

What the WM head number means

WM numbers its face sculpts: #56, #156, #233, #370, #390 and so on. The number refers to the sculpt only. Makeup, eye colour, wig and skin tone are options you choose on top, so the same number can look quite different from one seller's photos to another's. When you compare offers, compare the number, not the photo.

Heads on the WM models in this guide

Head Body List price
#390 164 cm D-cup $2,850
#370 166 cm C-cup $2,850
#334 162 cm E-cup $2,850
#233 167 cm Fitness $2,850
#198 168 cm F-cup $2,850
#156 170 cm H-cup $2,850
#336 172 cm B-cup, B19 torso $2,950 / $1,650
#421 174 cm G-cup $2,950
#1068 164 cm F-cup AI robot $3,099
#142 175 cm silicone $3,250

Head #336 appears twice: on the 172 cm B-cup and on the B19 torso. That is how WM works: the same face is offered on several bodies.

A silicone head on a TPE body

Many buyers order a silicone head on a TPE body. It keeps the lower body price of TPE but gives the face the detail and durability of silicone. For a doll that is silicone from head to toe, see the 175 cm silicone body; a silicone head on a TPE body is usually an option on the order form.

Options that change a WM head

ROS (real oral sex)

A WM head build with a movable jaw and a realistic mouth cavity. It changes the head mould, so it has to be chosen together with the head.

Implanted hair, eyebrows and lashes

Hair is punched into the scalp strand by strand instead of using a wig. It looks more natural at the hairline but cannot be swapped like a wig, and washing takes more care.

Eyes

Most heads take interchangeable eyes; colour is an order option.

How to choose a WM head

By face

Compare head numbers in daylight photos, ideally without heavy makeup. Remember that wig, eye colour and makeup are options, so focus on the shape of the face.

By material

If the face will be handled and photographed a lot, a silicone head keeps its makeup longer. If budget matters most, the TPE head included with the body is fine.

By body

WM heads and bodies share the same neck bolt, but proportions still matter: a very small head on a 174 cm body can look off. Ask the seller for a photo of the exact combination.

How to swap a WM head

  1. Lay the body on its back on a soft surface and support the shoulders.
  2. Hold the head with both hands and turn it counter-clockwise; do not pull the neck skin.
  3. Check the M16 bolt for damage.
  4. Screw the new head on clockwise until it sits flush, then stop.
  5. Smooth the neck skin around the join.

If you mix brands, check the bolt and neck diameter with the seller first: a head from another factory may fit the bolt but leave a visible gap at the neck. A spare head is also a cheap way to refresh an older doll, since heads wear faster than bodies because of makeup and handling.

Head care

  • Wash only the face and neck with a damp cloth and mild soap, never under running water, so water does not reach the eye sockets and bolt.
  • Keep the head out of direct sun to protect the makeup.
  • Store it on a neck stand so nothing presses against the face.
  • Brush wigs separately with a wide-tooth comb.

The full routine is in our WM cleaning guide.

FAQ

Updated: October 20, 2026 · Official WM Doll site

Can I put any WM head on any WM body?

Almost always. WM heads and bodies share the same M16 neck bolt; ask the seller if you combine a very small head with a very tall body.

How much is a spare WM head?

A silicone WM head lists at $650 on the factory store (October 2026). TPE heads cost less.

What does the WM head number mean?

It identifies the face sculpt only. Makeup, eyes, wig and skin tone are options, so compare head numbers rather than photos.

What is ROS on a WM head?

ROS is WM's movable-jaw head with a realistic mouth. It has to be ordered as part of the head.

Is a silicone head worth it on a TPE body?

If the face matters most, yes: silicone holds detail and makeup longer and resists stains. The body stays at the lower TPE price.

Do WM heads come with wigs?

Yes. Standard heads come with a wig; implanted hair is an extra-cost option.

Can the same WM head come on different bodies?

Yes. Head #336, for example, is offered on the 172 cm B-cup body and on the B19 torso.

How do I clean a WM head?

With a damp cloth and mild soap on the face and neck only, never under running water, and out of direct sun.
